Day 23: Star of Bethlehem
Oracle Card for the Day: Mary Magdalene ~ Unconditional Love
Mindful Moment: Crazy days right now. I made no time for meditation and I have no one but myself to blame. Final days and project as a graphic designer and I am in deep! All is going though and I am grateful for that. With one door closing another will open.
Pulling Mary Magdalene I received the following: show love to myself in the form of sleeping, eating, and my mood towards others in my current state. Compassion for myself and know that all will be right again soon.
Meditation: Quick grounding meditation from my bed // No timer
Notes: Constriction and anxiety in my breathing. Shallow breath in my diaphragm.
The Pick: By choice. Apathy to choose another and curiosity for how tonight’s observations will differ from the night before’s . . .
Observations: So heavy. Zoned out. Initially it felt like I was inhaling fumes from a fire in my throat. Different from that of an oncoming cold. A sensation I have never felt before. So dry. Fire! Trance-like state. Baked. Immobile. Zzzzzz
