Day 25: Cerato
Oracle Card(s) for the Day: Abundantia ~ Prosperity // Oonagh ~ Easy Does It
Mindful Moment: My first day of 31!!! I have a big day of pond dipping, coffee drinking, arm-balancing (yoga), and dishooming, so I thought I would start the day with a little me time. I went to get grounded in the Heath.
Meditation: 16 minutes // No sound just nature and the wind
Notes: At 31, I was able to comfortably sit in the centre fo a tree circle, grounded centrally on a walking path in Hampstead Heath whilst dog walkers passed by. Dogs were off lead and I came into a state of giving no fucks. Initially I struggled with the jagged shapes of the fallen tree offerings by eventually I surrendered and came into comfortably being. It marked the end of my fear of dogs and the beginning of my next stage of personal evolvement. I hope to evolve to such a level that I no longer consider the what the thoughts of others may be, but rather know that just by being I am healing – myself and others.
Arrangement: Picking done at night at the end of a very long but absolutely perfect birthday. Remedies were in their beds and me in mine. Insanely tired. My fingers grazed over the bottles within their carrying case until they landed on one.
The Pick: Like hands on a ouija board, I found Cerato.
Observations: Stomach movement. Indigestion?! Super slight chill tingles in my hair follicles on my head.
