Day 36: Clematis
Oracle Card for the Day: Sige ~ Quiet Time
Mindful Moment: I am soooooo excited to sit in my sacred space. Sheer joy! Genuinely giddy. The oracles (all three from the day before) are in their element, at home. Rose Quartz on Sige, Bast with Citrine (the money crystal) symbolising financial independence, and Artemis on top of the Taurus journal and astrology book because she is the guardian of the stars!!! Bast definitely has my number. Recently I have felt two oracles in particular guiding me constantly: Bast (Independence) and Kuan Yin (Compassion). I will continue to observe this.
Meditation: 16 minutes // Zen Guitar (Insight Timer) // Kangse (Ending bell)
Notes: ANXIETY!!! Big time! Starting to short circuit. Just like in Kundalini but worse! Trying to tell myself and believe that I will not die or faint or pass out with my head knocking into the altar and my hair setting ablaze. Dramatic >>> I know! When it did pass, only from getting distracted and losing that connection :( was I able to reconnect quickly and my soul felt urgent. Quick to speak and sure of itself. I asked it a few questions regarding yesterday’s encounter and how to proceed and I quickly got what I felt were answers separate from ego. I could be very wrong but this is a journey and I welcome every part of it. I also felt my soul say move, so I started swaying and rolling my neck. In doing so I could very loudly hear the knots and kinks of my body. It is nice to tune-in. To hear and to feel, within.
Arrangement: An embrace and circuit using my legs. I saw it in my meditation. I set the remedies up as though I were a child again, playing with lego and building starships.
The Pick: I caught a glimpse of central label and it was Scleranthus which intuitively felt wrong to be picked even though I can’t remember what it remedies. I began pawning them about until I settled on a new one.
Observations: None. Distracting thoughts about my body.
Flower Remedy: Clematis
Latin Name: Clematis vitalba
Grouping: Not in the Present
Issue: Difficulties living in the now
Chakra: Throat // Blue // 5th Chakra // Communication from within
Other Remedies in this Group: Honeysuckle, Wild Rose, Olive, White Chestnut, Mustard, Chestnut Bud
Specific to Clematis
Bach Classification: For personality or type remedies (1st 19 - 12 Healers)
Preparation: Sun method
Primary Remedy: Escaping the unpleasantries of today by daydreaming about the future
Secondary Remedy: Spacey thoughts, faintness, forgetfulness
Receptivity: Practical desire to turn their dreams into a reality. Become purposeful and proactive with their ideas.
Extra tidbits: Those is need of Clematis often prefer their own company, and whilst they appear to be listening to others they are barely absorbing anything. They tend to be unaware of their surroundings and are often going through life without truly taking in all the sights, sounds, and offerings that life has for us. Crazy that before taking this remedy, I was hyper aware of the sounds in my neighbourhood during my meditation. Clematis cravers often have problems with one or more of their five senses and are notorious for having poor memories. Most importantly to note: they are not interested in getting better or changing their current state. Other tendencies include: listless, ability to sleep anywhere through anything, artistically and spiritually gifted.
